Wrocław's First "U.S. Challenge" Trivia Contest

On June 4, students from five different Wroclaw area schools participated in the first annual "U.S. Challenge" trivia contest at the American Corner in Wroclaw. Each school sent a team of three contestants to compete in a multi-media test of their knowledge of U.S. history, geography, culture, and politics. A jury of four judges scored the students' answers and was deeply impressed by the students' vast knowledge of the U.S. Following the contest, the students were invited to a reception in the American Corner where they enjoyed beverages provided by Pepsi-Cola. All the competitors received prizes for their participation in the contest, with the first place contestants winning i-pod shuffles.
