A Lecture on the 2008 US Presidential Elections
On May 7 William E. Minsker, a professor at the University of Economics in Wroclaw, talked with a group of history students on the political and social aspects of the U.S. electoral system, focusing on the presidential electoral process. A discussion with the students followed the presentation. The students compared and contrasted the U.S. and Polish electoral systems and talked with professor Minsker about the current candidates and the possibility of changes in US policy with the new president.
