On November 13, 2008, a group of junior high school students came to the American Corner for their first trip to United States - a virtual trip of course! The first part of the whole cycle of presentations - "Discover America" was delivered and covered three important cities on the East Coast of the USA - New York City, Washington, D.C. and Alabama. Students got the information about the history of these cities, as well as the landmarks and famous sites. A virtual journey through the history and popular landmarks was followed by a discussion and quiz which proved students to get knowledge about the three very important places
